Delivery

Dependant on size and weight we may use either the Royal Mail package/parcel service or an independent courier service to deliver your purchase, typical levels of service are as follows:-

Royal Mail packet service up to 1.50Kgs, 2 to 3 days working days after dispatch

Courier pack service 1.5Kgs to 5Kgs, 1 to 2 working days after dispatch

Courier parcel service, up to 30Kgs, 1 to 2 working days after dispatch

Standard courier delivery service and charges 

These apply to mainland UK destinations in England, Wales and Southern Scotland only,  all island, Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, ROI, and IOW destinations attract surcharges, please contact us prior to making a purchase  in order to establish the correct delivery charges,  we cannot deliver currently to either the Isle Of Man or the Channel Islands    

Items over 900mm long, regardless of weight, must be dispatched either Royal Mail parcel or via a courier service

Generally

1) We and our service providers will do all that we reasonably can to meet all agreed delivery dates.  Customers should be mindfull however that third party courier and mail services may occasionally encounter logistical, weather, road or other problems beyond our reasonable control.  In the event that we cannot meet an agreed delivery date for reasons beyond our control our liability shall be confined to arranging and redelivery at a mutually convenient time   
2) In the normal course of events with courier deliveries and if you are not at home to take delivery, the courier will leave a card providing local depot contact details in order for you to arrange a customer collection .  Goods will retained at the local depot for a limited period of time after which they will be returned to ourselves and a redelivery fee would become payable
3) In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or you receive incorrect goods, you must advise us in writing within 48 hours of receipt retaining all original packaging for any possible return.  Customers are advised to record any obvious visible packaging damage on the delivery documentation at the time of receipt  
4) As soon as we have delivered the goods, the customer shall be responsible for their safekeeping and we will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect assembly, use or storage. If the customer delays a delivery, our dispatch responsibility will be confined to damage due to negligence in transit, any remaining dispatch responsibilities will lapse on the original agreed delivery date

Trampolines

Delivery of trampolines is completed via a pallet delivery service.  We will contact you by phone or email upon receipt of your order to agree a convenient delivery day.  The 8ft folding trampoline 1 box solution is delivered in a single carton, approximate size and weight 1400 x 720 x 330mm, 77Kgs.  Customer’s attention is drawn to the ‘kerbside’ nature of the delivery provisions and the necessity to ensure that appropriate preparations are set in place to take delivery of the product.  By way of advice we would confirm, that in the delivered format, the folding trampoline carton will pass through standard door openings and that customers may find it of assistance to have a small sack truck to hand when taking delivery.
